We keep the books and you get the answers. Every month we import your bank activity, categorize it, split the transactions that need splitting, and close the month in BreathEasy Ledger.
What you receive is a single page that shows cash in, cash out, and where the money actually went, plus a rent roll for property owners that lists every unit, what was expected, what came in, and what is still outstanding.
Ledger is run for you, so there is no software for you to learn. If you want to log in and look around, you can. If you would rather just get the monthly report by email, that works too.
