Most electronic health records make you file a ticket to add a field. BreathEasy EHR is built so the practice can change its own forms, logic, workflows and reports without waiting on a vendor and without losing history.
It is aimed at behavioral health, therapy and small clinical practices that outgrew paper but do not want an enterprise system that takes a year to configure.
HIPAA compliance is a hard requirement rather than a roadmap item. The production system runs in an environment covered by a business associate agreement, with encrypted storage and access logging.
