BreathEasy Administrative Services LLC ("BreathEasy", "we", "us") provides administrative, human resources, financial, compliance, web and printing services to businesses across the United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

• Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, your message and your consent to be contacted.
• Information sent automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. This is used for security and reliability only.

This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and it does not build profiles of visitors across other websites. Because we only use technology that is strictly necessary to deliver the site, no cookie consent banner is required. If we ever introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first.

We use trusted vendors to host this website, store form submissions and deliver email. These providers process data on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Protected health information

When we provide HIPAA privacy and security services, any protected health information is governed by the business associate agreement in place with that client, not by this website policy. Please never include protected health information, Social Security numbers or other sensitive personal data in the website contact form.

Data retention and security

Inquiries are retained only as long as needed to respond and to meet our record keeping obligations, then deleted. We use encryption in transit, access controls and least privilege practices to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of that information. Children

This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
